It adopts a new bottle entering support collar, a bottle saving wheel driven by s-channel stepping motor to lower the bottle, and a material buffer control mechanism. Optional: pneumatic printer, laser printer, inkjet printer, heat transfer printer, missing label detection and elimination mechanism, missing code detection and elimination system, support making machine and child loading machine.

The plate chain feeding belt and screw bottle splitting feeding mechanism are adopted. The mechanism has the advantages of labor-saving horizontal feeding, accurate synchronization with the screw bottle splitting method with common power with the conveying pedicle, arbitrary bottle breaking rate and fast speed.
